Are the coupons different when you subscribe to a newspaper vs. buying in store?

I was looking for a coupon that offered $3 off a niviea body wash in the Walgreen's circular said look for it in your sunday paper for the coupon. I brought my paper Sunday's paper on Saturday inside I find the coupon. when coupons come out are they different like when you buy Sundays paper on Saturday or they are all the same it makes no difference when you purchase
