Cheap birthday gifts for a 7 year old girl.?

I am helping out at my neighbors daughters birthday party. She is 7 years old, really girlie, into like fashion and stuff like that. She is really mature for her age too... I was looking to spend only like $5-7 dollars on her only cause im tight on money right now so is my family. So whats a good CHEAP gift for her. I was thinking like one of the giant baking Hershey's bar and like a card, do you think she would like that? And I am not going to get her a gift card or money for only like $5 dollars her family is really rich and I want to make a good impression on them too! So nothing really expensive!!! Also i don't have a dollar store near me and I cat drive yet and my mom works so I cant have her take me. So like the furthest I can go is to like a CVS or Walgreen's!
