Whats the best sunscreen?

i am desperately seeking sunscreen that will keep my very pale skin from burning. i am usually outside all day and im one of those people who steps outside and practically bursts into flames, not kidding i burn THAT easily! i was using Walgreen's brand spf 90 and had to put it on often and still burned. if anyone could recommend a product that would be great! thanks!
