Is this still a negative test?

My period was about 6 days late and I took a pregnancy test. Walgreen's one step. + is pregnant. - is not pregnant. As soon as I started to pee it got a faint negative line. It said to wait two mins for the result. But for about a min after the control line was dark and it was still a faint negative. I had to leave it because someone came in. So I didn't get to wait the full two mins. I came back about25 mins later and the test still looked the same. A faint negative test... is it still a negative?
