Best make-up for rosacea and fair skin?

Ok, so I really DOUBT anyone will even respond but I figured I'd give it a try but no one ever does anyways. But, I wanna know if anyone knows of any make-up that covers severe rosacea and that's super light. I've been wearing Physicians Formula for like a few years but I can tell its a little too dark for my skin tone but its the only make-up I've found that actually covers up everything. I've used the Translucent Light and the Soft Ivory Physicians Formula - Both shades are too dark. I want something that I can get at CVS or Walgreen's because there everywhere. I don't want to have to buy the products online or have to go to the mall (preferably). And also something under $20? Hopefully. Thanks.
