What foundation would you recommend?

Alright so i need a foundation that doesn't cost a lot and can cover up freckles!! I have Fit Me foundation but it doesn't really cove up, but i only have the foundation, i don't have the powder and concealer.. So what foundation would you recommend that would cover up freckles, and that you can find in Walmart Walgreen's etc..
