Can anyone tell me what these results mean...i am confused?

I took a Walgreen's one step pregnancy test and i am not sure about these results. it says a positive and one vertical line next to it means positive and the other say a one horizontal and a vertical means a negative...but my results was two vertical lines and a every faint horizontal line...i am so confused. I've taken 2 test one in the morning and one in the after noon...same results. i dont know if that means im pregnant or not. I havent had a period in nearly 2 months but i have been really stressed out lately and thats why i thought i havent gotten my period. my boobs are tender....not everyday but almost everyday...im always nauseous and hungry. I NEED HELP
