Is there an age limit in michigan to buy a 5 hour enegry drink?

i"m 12 and today i am really tired i was up till 2 and then got woken up my my fish hitting its head against the bowl! I have to go to a hair app.today at 3 and then have to go to my grandmas church thing i just want to sleep but i can't because i made plans today and i really don't want to be the one that everybody thinks awhhh you need to go sleepy earl er. so i was wondering if 5 hour energy maxi-um strength works and if i would be able to buy it at a Walgreen's in michigan is there a certain age limit? thank you
