Anyone know what a photo lab technician does at walgreen?

i recently got a job as a photo lab technician at walgreen. training will start soon... what exactly do they do other than operate cash register, customer service and taking people's orders and printing pictures... and how difficult is it and how much skill does it require. I know very little about photography but i'm really good with computers. Can someone please tell me, thanks
