Could i b pregnant or is it something serious? help!?

I haven't had my period at all in may my last period was april 4th so im about 28 days late i really don't have any pregnancy symptoms and i took two tests that i got from Walgreen's but it came out negative. could it be because it too early or could it be something different and more serious?
