My skin is horrible! Please someone help me!! =*(?

I'm 16 years old, and I'm a boy. When I was around 14, I had minor bumps on my forehead. I was so concerned to where I went out to Walgreen's and bought clean and clear acne advantage wash. I used it and cleared up the bumps, but after I washed my face with it my face was tight. I thought nothing of it because I thought that was how it was suppose to work. So later on, I missed a couple of days washing my face. The bumps reappeared, so I vigorously scrub my face with the acne wash, thus making my skin really really dry. Since then it's been the same. I've tried using Neutrogena soap cleaner, ZnP soap cleanser, Dr. Murad's acne complex and none of them have worked. Every time I wash my face with a cleanser my face gets really dry instantly. I follow up with a moisturizer, but when I apply it my face gets greasy, shiny, and oily. Now I have fine lines, some acne scars, and large pores. I don't have acne, but my skin looks horrible. I don't even have to wash my face and it's dry. Please help me!! I want my old face back. :*( I'm African-American if that helps.
