Help pelase : ) about my hair?

im spanish, so i have really wavy hair, almsot curly hair. its really thick and i have to put ALOT og gel to maintain it. i have 15 dollars in me pocket, what shouldi get ? also, shouldi get organix , is it good for you? im could go to either riteaid or walgreen. i want less poofy, less frizz and better hair! thank you ; )
