My son needs to lose weight?
Go for a jog with him around the neighbourhood. Start of with a 1km jog and progressively increase it by a km every week. He'll lose weight really quickly that way. And one easy way is drink green tea. He's 10 so he should drink around a cup or two a day....that speeds up a person's metabolism and its very healthy. Another important factor is to start eating healthy. Don't feed him any mcdonalds or any junk food..always choose the healthier option. He should also eat 5-6 small meals a day and not 3 large meals. Get him to stop playing video games or limit the time with that or the TV and encourage him to set goals.
